				I called in the morning and an inspector was on-site by 1200, the same day. The area of concern was a unit in a condo association. A thorough check was done outside and inside. The inspector met with the unit owner and pointed out the problem areas. The report, with photos, was prompt and easy to read. The unit owner and the association were pleased.

				We were so happy to get help on a Saturday. James and Anthony went out of their way to help us with the problem even though it was not a problem with our shingles. Durashield had done a great job replacing our shingles but they were so helpful in finding out what was wrong. Couldn’t have asked for nicer and very concerned technicians.

				Madison was beyond responsive! When a client had hail damage right before closing on their home, Madison was the first of 5 contractors to respond and provide an estimate for repairs. Other contractors declined even giving an estimate for a month and a half; certainly not acceptable for a closing happening in less than a week. It was appreciated and the closing happened on time
